Booking & Availability

How far in advance can I book?
For weddings and large events (100+ guests), we recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance. For smaller events and corporate lunches, 3days – 2 weeks is usually sufficient. Last-minute bookings may be available — reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
How do I get started?
Fill out our quote request form with your event date, headcount, and type. We'll respond within 24 hours to schedule a free consultation. You can also call us directly at 770-610-1205.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. We require a 50% deposit to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 48 hours before the event. We accept all major credit cards, Zelle, and cash.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 21 or more days before the event, receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 7–13 days receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

Can you create a custom menu?
Absolutely — custom menus are our specialty. Chef Priscilla will work with you to design a menu around your theme, cultural preferences, dietary restrictions, and budget.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes. We accommodate vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, halal, kosher-style, and nut-free requests. Just let us know during your consultation and we'll build your menu accordingly.
What cuisines do you offer?
Chef Priscilla specializes in seasonally inspired, internationally influenced cuisine. Our menus draw from Southern American, Caribbean, West African, Mediterranean, and Latin flavors — always crafted with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Do you offer tastings?
Yes! Tastings are available for weddings and events of 50+ guests. Contact us to schedule. A tasting fee applies and is credited toward your final invoice when you book.
Service and Logistics

What areas do you serve?
We are based in Buford, Georgia and serve the greater Atlanta metropolitan area including Gwinnett County, Forsyth County, Hall County, North Fulton, Cobb County, and DeKalb County. Travel fees may apply beyond 30 miles of our base location.
What is the minimum number of guests?
Our minimum is 15 guests for catering events. For private chef dinners, we can accommodate as few as 2 guests. Contact us for details on smaller intimate events.
Do you provide serving staff?
Yes. Our Standard and Executive packages include dedicated servers. For drop-off orders (Basic package), food is delivered and set up but no server is included. Staff can be added to any package for an additional fee.
Do you handle setup and cleanup?
Yes — all packages include setup and breakdown. We arrive early to ensure everything is ready before your guests arrive, and we leave your space as clean as we found it.
Do you provide plates, utensils, and serving ware?
Our Basic and Standard packages include full disposable service ware. The Executive package includes elegant real dinnerware and serving pieces or premium disposable if desired. Upgrades are available on all packages.
Do you rent tables, linens, or tents?
We do not directly rent event furniture, but we work with trusted local rental partners and can coordinate rentals on your behalf for an additional coordination fee.

Do you offer meal prep services?
Yes! Weekly and bi-weekly meal prep is available for individuals and families. Visit our Meal Prep page for more details or reach out for a custom plan.
Do you offer cooking classes?
Yes — Chef Priscilla offers both private and group cooking classes. These are also available as a corporate team-building add-on. Visit our Cooking Classes page to learn more and book.
Can you work with my kitchen at the venue?
In most cases, yes. Chef Priscilla is experienced working in a variety of kitchen environments. Just let us know your venue details during the consultation and we'll confirm logistics.
